Snow

It's finally really snowing (and it has been off and on since Friday)!

Here are some things I love about snow:

1.) How quiet everything gets. Something about when snow is falling muffles sound, I love the peaceful feeling it brings.

2.) The white blur/glow that lights and trees and well everything gets.

3.) How clean and fresh everything looks when there is a fresh layer of snow on the ground.

4.) Big fat flakes that fall on your coat or hair that don't melt right away.

5.) Making the first step on the sidewalk and knowing that the next person will see your footprints.

6.) The real laughter that comes from playing in it.

7.) Grabbing a handful off the car before you brush it all away and making a snowball just to see what "type" of snow it is.

8.) How bright it gets at 12:30 am just because all the lights reflect off of every flake.

9.) The pull that makes you want/need to be outside in the falling snow.

10.) That each snow flake is individual, different and unique, just like us.
