On April 4th I got the keys to my brand new apartment that I share with my friend Kortney. Until the 17th however we had no furniture! I flew down to LA on the 16th, and helped caravan a U-haul truck with our furniture up to it's new residence in Sandy, UT. That's right I don't live in Happy Valley anymore! Well it has now been two weeks since we got our furniture into the apartment and it is beginning to feel like an actual home. Tonight Kortney and I finished hanging some of the pictures and moved a lot of junk out of the living room so it would feel less chaotic. I am so excited to be almost done with it all. We are having a house warming party on the 16th of May so it all has to be done by then. Having a cut off day is good for me. When there's a deadline I do better at getting things done. Tomorrow I think we are going to finish work on our dining room which really is already done except for a clock and then moving the last of moving debris out of it. Maybe this weekend I'll clean my room and take a picture of that for you all to see!
