Today was my ward's chili cook off and pumpkin carving fun. It was nice to get out and see the ward after feeling disconnected for a while. And I did what I never do... I didn't take anything. I just showed up and enjoyed other people's work. I haven't done that in a while, and all because I didn't want to go to walmart at one am to get the beans to make chili. But the pumpkin carving was fun. I brought one home to do myself and I think that might be next week's task.
